  • Adrian did an outstanding job building Canada's Rehab Pros Directory website. The design is clean, modern, and very visually appealing, and the site functions smoothly across the board. What really stood out was how responsive he is—he consistently listened to my needs and took the time to understand my vision for the business.
If you’re looking for someone reliable who delivers both great design and functionality, I would highly recommend Adrian for website development.

  • Adrian is a consummate pro, he delivered on a challenging website re-design that took a fair bit of understanding and re-working and managed to produce a beautiful website for our business. His attention to detail is really great and his taste and design style worked really well with our needs.

  • I got to dig into how Adrian works, and I came away genuinely impressed. He comes from a design background, art director and creative director, and it shows in how he thinks about a brand from the ground up. He's not a one-trick marketer. He does branding and identity, website design and development, digital marketing, pitch decks, packaging, even trade show and environmental design. Most people in this space pick a lane. Adrian handles the brand, the website, and the marketing that drives people to it.
What stood out to me was the system he's building underneath all of it. He's engineering an AI-powered SEO and AEO operation that handles keyword research, content, technical SEO, and monthly reporting, so the strategy actually runs instead of sitting in a deck. The details are where you see the care. He'll generate custom imagery for each client and work a company's logo into the visuals, the kind of thing most people skip. He's after the end result, not just a checked box.
He told me there's no one-size-fits-all plan, and he means it. He learns your business first, then builds the strategy around it. If you want someone who can carry both the creative and the technical side and is genuinely obsessed with getting results, Adrian is who I'd point you to.

  • Adrian is an incredibly talented web developer and a joy to collaborate with. He’s kind, well-timed, and consistently delivers great work. He took the time to understand my vision and translated it into a website that feels both beautiful and aligned with my brand. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

  • Working with Adrian on the website for our Montessori school was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From our first conversation, he was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to emails and open to feedback at every stage of the process. I never felt out of the loop—he kept me informed, involved, and confident that I was in great hands.
What stood out most for me was Adrian’s creativity. He truly took the time to understand the Montessori philosophy and translated it beautifully into a clean, modern, and inviting website design. He brought fresh ideas to the table while still respecting the core values and aesthetics I wanted to maintain. The end result not only looks fantastic but also functions seamlessly for our staff and parents.
Adrian was also consistently supportive. Whether we had a small tweak, a last-minute addition, or just needed guidance on best practices, he was patient, kind, and solution-focused.
If you're looking for someone who combines talent, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help your project thrive, I can’t recommend Adrian enough!

Process

How Does the CRM Setup Process Work?

CRM work goes best when it is easy to run and easy to track. These four steps keep momentum high and results improving.

  1. Step 1

    Discover & Plan

I audit your data, forms and current tools, then define goals, lifecycle stages and the handoff between marketing and sales.

  2. Step 2

    Design & Configure

I build fields, pipelines, scoring and routing, plus email templates, sequences and task playbooks for your team.

  3. Step 3

    Launch & Train

I migrate your data, connect integrations and launch, then train your team with simple guides and answer questions.

  4. Step 4

    Optimize & Scale

I review dashboards, test sequences, refine lead scoring and expand the automations that prove revenue impact.

Have Questions?

CRM Setup Questions

The questions I get asked most about CRM setup. The exact scope is always confirmed in writing before work starts.

How do I pick the right CRM?

We define requirements, users, budget and integrations. Then we compare two or three options, such as HubSpot, with a short scorecard so the choice is practical and future proof.

Can you migrate my existing data?

Yes. I map fields, clean duplicates and run a test import before moving everything. You always keep a backup.

How long does setup take?

A focused install with core automations typically runs four to eight weeks, depending on complexity and team size.

Will my marketing tools connect?

Most platforms connect natively to forms, ads, chat, email and calendars. For anything custom I use Make or Zapier to keep data in sync.

What does reporting look like?

You get dashboards for source quality, pipeline movement, win rates and revenue by campaign, so you can see which channels drive profit.

Do you provide training?

Yes. Role-based training, quick reference guides and office hours help your team adopt the system.

How much does CRM setup cost?

CRM Starter is $950 to set up plus $150 a month for support, and CRM Growth is $1,950 plus $295 a month with automation upkeep and reporting. The CRM subscription itself is billed by the platform. Multi-team builds are quoted by scope, with a fixed price in writing before work starts.
