REBRANDING

Audit → Strategy → Redesign → Rollout

A rebrand starts with what to keep. I review how your brand is used today, what customers recognize, and what holds you back, then recommend a refresh or a full rebrand.

  1. 01 · AUDIT

    Brand Audit

Review your current logo, materials, competitors and customer perception to decide what stays.

  2. 02 · STRATEGY

    Refresh Or Rebrand

Agree on the right scope: a light refresh, a logo redesign, or a full rebrand.

  3. 03 · REDESIGN

    New Identity

Redesign the brand identity so it fits who you are today.

  4. 04 · ROLLOUT

    Launch & Rollout

Swap the new brand across your website, Google Business Profile, signage and print in a planned order.

Which Route

Brand Refresh Or Full Rebrand?

Most businesses need less change than they think. The audit tells us which route protects the recognition you have already earned.

Brand RefreshFull Rebrand
Choose it when

Customers know and like you, but the look is dated or used inconsistently.

The name, offer or audience has changed, or the brand is holding back growth.

What stays

Your name, core symbol and the colours people recognize, sharpened.

Only what still helps. Everything else is rebuilt around a new position.

What changes

Logo cleanup, type, secondary colours and how it all gets used.

Positioning, message, logo, full identity and often the name or tagline.

Rollout

Phased, starting with the website, Google profile and signage.

Planned launch across every touchpoint, with an announcement to customers.

Risk to recognition

Low. Regulars still see the brand they know.

Higher, so the launch plan matters as much as the design.

Not sure which you need? The rebrand starts with an audit of what to keep, refine or replace.

Why Clients Recommend Working With Me

Client feedback on the creative process, communication, and working directly with Adrian. Reviews may describe branding, design, or website projects.

  • Adrian did an outstanding job building Canada's Rehab Pros Directory website. The design is clean, modern, and very visually appealing, and the site functions smoothly across the board. What really stood out was how responsive he is—he consistently listened to my needs and took the time to understand my vision for the business.
If you’re looking for someone reliable who delivers both great design and functionality, I would highly recommend Adrian for website development.

  • Adrian is a consummate pro, he delivered on a challenging website re-design that took a fair bit of understanding and re-working and managed to produce a beautiful website for our business. His attention to detail is really great and his taste and design style worked really well with our needs.

  • I got to dig into how Adrian works, and I came away genuinely impressed. He comes from a design background, art director and creative director, and it shows in how he thinks about a brand from the ground up. He's not a one-trick marketer. He does branding and identity, website design and development, digital marketing, pitch decks, packaging, even trade show and environmental design. Most people in this space pick a lane. Adrian handles the brand, the website, and the marketing that drives people to it.
What stood out to me was the system he's building underneath all of it. He's engineering an AI-powered SEO and AEO operation that handles keyword research, content, technical SEO, and monthly reporting, so the strategy actually runs instead of sitting in a deck. The details are where you see the care. He'll generate custom imagery for each client and work a company's logo into the visuals, the kind of thing most people skip. He's after the end result, not just a checked box.
He told me there's no one-size-fits-all plan, and he means it. He learns your business first, then builds the strategy around it. If you want someone who can carry both the creative and the technical side and is genuinely obsessed with getting results, Adrian is who I'd point you to.

  • Adrian is an incredibly talented web developer and a joy to collaborate with. He’s kind, well-timed, and consistently delivers great work. He took the time to understand my vision and translated it into a website that feels both beautiful and aligned with my brand. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

  • Working with Adrian on the website for our Montessori school was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From our first conversation, he was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to emails and open to feedback at every stage of the process. I never felt out of the loop—he kept me informed, involved, and confident that I was in great hands.
What stood out most for me was Adrian’s creativity. He truly took the time to understand the Montessori philosophy and translated it beautifully into a clean, modern, and inviting website design. He brought fresh ideas to the table while still respecting the core values and aesthetics I wanted to maintain. The end result not only looks fantastic but also functions seamlessly for our staff and parents.
Adrian was also consistently supportive. Whether we had a small tweak, a last-minute addition, or just needed guidance on best practices, he was patient, kind, and solution-focused.
If you're looking for someone who combines talent, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help your project thrive, I can’t recommend Adrian enough!

Have Questions?

Rebranding FAQs

What is the difference between a rebrand and a brand refresh?

A refresh updates your existing identity (cleaner logo, updated colours and type) while keeping it recognizable. A rebrand changes the positioning, name or visual identity more deeply, usually because your audience or offer has changed.

How do I know if my business needs a rebrand?

Common signs: your brand looks dated next to competitors, it no longer matches your services or prices, it looks different across channels, or you have merged, expanded or changed direction.

How much does rebranding cost?

A brand refresh is often scoped like a Brand Identity project from $550. A full rebrand with strategy starts at $2,500. See branding pricing.

Will a rebrand hurt my Google rankings or reviews?

Not if it is rolled out properly. Your domain, Google Business Profile and reviews stay in place. We update logos, profiles and listings in a planned order so customers and search engines see one consistent brand.

How long does a rebrand take?

A refresh can take three to five weeks. A full rebrand with strategy and rollout usually takes six to ten weeks.

Can you update my website as part of the rebrand?

Yes. I also design websites, so the rebrand can carry straight through to a website redesign.
